The Purpose
Mudhugger’s tyre hugging tried and tested design for mountain bikes has finally landed for gravel bikes. The low-profile design offers a huge amount of coverage and protection without all the hassle of full fenders. They are easily removed for those rare, sunny mid-winter days and thanks to the materials and breakaway design, great in the event of a crash.
Produced in the UK from 100% recycled polypropylene (that’s plastic to me and you) meaning the GravelHugger could be recycled again if you ever needed to. To reduce impact and plastic use, even further, Mudhugger supplies nitrite O-rings for the front GravelHugger rather than cable ties.
The GravelHugger is designed specifically for gravel bikes and comes with fitting kits to work with both rounded and flat blade fork legs. Will be suitable for tyre sizes up to 700c x 42c and 650b x 50c.
