We are so confident that you'll be happy with your Cairn, that we offer a full 60 days to ride it. If at any point during these 60 days you wish to return it for a full refund (or a product swap) please complete the Technical Support Form to the left. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any item that has suffered severe or crash-related damage within this period.

60 Day Ride & Return
Should you need it, all of our frames come with a 5-year warranty, and components are covered under the manufacturer's policy. Fill in the form to your left to speak to someone from our tech team - we will do our best to get you out riding again ASAP. Please note that warranty claims are subject to our Terms and Conditions, outlined in the link below.
Crash or Out of Warranty Replacement
As riders we understand that it can be heart-breaking when your pride and joy suffers a bad crash or fatigues once the bike is out of warranty. We obviously want you to stay with Cairn so please contact us, and we will do everything we can to help whether that be a discount off replacement parts or guidance as to what to do next. Proof of damage or return of the damaged item may be required to qualify. Cairn Cycles is unable to cover any return transit costs that may occur.
